The basics
What does Visible Now do?
Visible Now checks whether AI assistants name your business when shoppers ask where to buy something nearby, and shows who they name instead. If you subscribe, we also publish your catalog so assistants can read your inventory, and we re-check every week.
Which AI assistants do you test?
Today we measure one leading AI assistant, using live web search. The pages and feed we publish can be read by any assistant that searches the web, but we do not measure the others yet.
Will AI definitely recommend my business after this?
No one can promise that. Assistants decide what to show, and their answers change. Publishing readable inventory gives them what they need, and the weekly check shows whether your score moves. Treat the score as a trend rather than an exact ranking, and expect the apps you use to differ a little from what we measure.
The free report
How does the free report work?
Enter your business name, ZIP and category. We email you a one-time link to confirm, which works for 24 hours. Once you confirm, we ask AI 3 questions a shopper might ask, answered live with web search. You get a visibility score and a first look at who AI features instead. No account is needed.
Do I need an account?
No. The free report needs only an email address to confirm. Paid reports are delivered by email and at a private link.
Plans and billing
What do I get in the full report?
All 20 shopper questions instead of a sample, your top competitor, every other store AI featured, and the full answers behind your score, for a one-time $7.99. The report opens on a private web page and is also emailed to you. It usually takes a minute or two to prepare.
What does the Monthly plan include?
$14.99 per month: everything in the full report, your catalog published as a page per item plus an AI assistant feed, a weekly email with your score and a product-feed CSV, and new features as they ship. You can cancel anytime.
Catalog and data
What do you need from me to publish my catalog?
A product export (CSV) from your point-of-sale system. We map the columns and clean up product names, and you approve the names before anything is published. Each item then gets its own page, and your business gets an AI assistant feed.
Where does my catalog end up?
On a public page for your business and for each item, in our partners directory, and in product feeds that shopping programs from Google, OpenAI (ChatGPT), Microsoft and Perplexity can read. We do this only after you agree, and only for items you approved that are in stock. Tell us and we take a page down or stop a program.
How is my data used?
We use your email and business details to run and deliver your report. Stripe handles payments and we never see your card. We send your business name, ZIP and category to the AI provider to run the report, not your email address. The privacy notice at /privacy has the details.
