Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The store name, ZIP and category you enter.
• Your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse. It is kept in daily counters and deleted within a few days.
• When you tick the optional marketing box, a record that you did and when.
• If you buy the full report or subscribe, Stripe handles your payment details; we never see your card. For a subscription we keep your email, your store details and your subscription status.

Why we use it

• To run your report. We email you a one-time link and run the report once you confirm it. This is needed to give you the report.
• To deliver what you bought: the full report and, if you subscribe, a weekly email with your score and a product-feed CSV.
• To protect the service from abuse and runaway cost.
• Marketing, only if you opt in. If you tick the box we may email you tips and offers about your store's AI visibility. Leave it unticked and we will not send you marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who handles it

We use service providers to run the product: Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Supabase (database), Resend (email), OpenAI (we send the store name, ZIP and category to run the report; not your email) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests you never confirm are deleted about a week after the link expires. Confirmed requests, and your marketing choice, are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing email, at any time by writing to contact@visiblenow.net.
